Cream Puff Pastry






Small, bite-sized puff pastry with custard filling are a pretty nice dessert :) I've got this recipe from my cousin and i think its excellent!

Cream puffs are made from pate a choux, a classic French pastry recipe. Also called "choux paste", this dough expands under heat to a light and airy consistency. It takes a few basic tricks to get it just right.

I shared this puff pastry with some friends, and they really love it :)
