Banana Bread

The hustle bustle city makes my friend want to have a weekend gateway. Therefore, she decided to spend the night at my place, where my place is far away from the bustle of the city. Then we got the idea to baked a classy 'banana bread' because its very quick and easy and I also had all the ingredients.
I added few oranges, cinnamon and vanilla essence and YAY!! it taste AWESOME!!! and also surprisingly moist.
Will do it again next time :)

Cream Puff Pastry

Small, bite-sized puff pastry with custard filling are a pretty nice dessert :) I've got this recipe from my cousin and i think its excellent!

Cream puffs are made from pate a choux, a classic French pastry recipe. Also called "choux paste", this dough expands under heat to a light and airy consistency. It takes a few basic tricks to get it just right.

I shared this puff pastry with some friends, and they really love it :)

Chocolate Chip Cookies (My first baking)

I dream of going to baked something, but i’ve never been there yet. Until one day I stumbled upon one of food bloggers site, Tartelette that really catch my attention because of its really nice images of the cakes and other sweet treats.
so I started to bring off my dream last month with my first baking,
Chocolate Chip Cookies :)
I made around 20 pcs of cookies, so I saved a few these for me and sent the rest to my bro’s co-workers.
I still have to practice a lot, so feel free to give me feedback so that I can improve in the future :)
