Pineapple Jam Filled Cookies

I spent about 4 hours to baked this Pineapple Jam Cookies a.k.a Nastar. I made the pineapple jam from scratch, I grated the pineapple fruit then I cooked it. Needs good bicep work to get the jam stirred :p After that i prepared the dough, then i made balls of dough, and I wrapped them up.

This cute and innocent looks cookies always makes me addicted to eat it more and more :p

Indonesian Cheese Cookies (Kaastengel)

Time flies so fast... and I found out that its been 4 months since i left my hometown. However, I often feel homesick, not only I miss my families and friends, but I also crave for the foods and snacks :)
Therefore on last sunny saturday noon, my friend and I were planning to do baking. After a while, yet I decided to make an Indonesian cheese cookies a.k.a Kaastengel *(this cookies/ biscuits usually served on the Indonesia's feast day) and my friend choose to bake a Pineapple tarts cookies. Both of them tasted really good. We were very delighted by those cookies :)

Apple Strudel

Apple Strudel is a combination layer of puff pastry, cooked apple and custard cream.
Sugar sprinkled at the top of the pastry will make this dessert more impressive. I was craving for this strudel since last month and finally got the chance to make it yesterday. It tasted almost the same with the famous apple strudel in Perth, called "Corica".

I shared this strudel to some of my friends, and they really love it :D, i'm so glad that they really like it, YAY!!
